It cooperates with the largest film distribution companies in the world, including Miramax, Metro Goldwyn Mayer, Paramount Pictures, Lakeshore, DreamWorks, Touchstone Pictures and Aristan. The Monolith Film catalogue includes such titles as What Women Want, Hannibal, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, The Others, Kill Bill, Monster, Blair Witch Project, Alexander, The Passion of Christ (over 3 million admissions). In 2006 Monolith Films distributed the following titles: The Constant Gardener, Oliver Twist, Lassie, Silent Hill, Hoodwinked, Combien tu m'aimes? and Die Weisse Masai, as well as the Polish comedy Job by Konrad Niewolski. In 2007: Apocalypto, Arthur and the Minimoys, The Good Shepherd, Miss Potter, Premonition, Love and Other Disasters, Love in the Time of Cholera and the Polish film The Roman Triptych based on a poem by John Paul II.
