Contemporary university town of Kraków. Joanna and Jan are middle-aged, loving married couple. One day Joanna receives a note from some obliging soul informing her about an alleged wicked deed committed by her husband in the past. The allegations gradually cast a shadow over their relationship.

Graduated from architecture at the Silesian University of Technology and the television directing at the Radio and Television Department of the University of Silesia. Laureate of numerous awards in Poland and abroad (e.g. in Cottbus, Gdynia, Karlovy Vary, and New york). Co-director of TV series. Since the mid 90s, a lecturer at the Radio and Television Department of the University of Silesia.
