IFMCA Award for Korzeniowski

Last Monday the International Film Music Critics Association gave Abel Korzeniowski the Best Original Score for a Drama Film award for his score to A Single Man by Tom Ford.

Apart from the Polish composer, other award winners include Christopher Young, winner of Best Original Score for Horror/Thriller Film for Drag Me To Hell, and Michael Giacchino, who won Score of the Year and Best Original Score for Up.

The International Film Music Composers Association (IFMCA) is an association of critics and journalists who specialize in writing about film music, and work for magazines and radio stations around the world.
