Variety magazine published its list of”10 Cinematographers to Watch 2016.” Among them is Polish DoP Monika Lenczewska.

Monika Lenczewska graduated with a Masters Degree from the Radio and Television Department of the University of Silesia in Katowice and completed an MFA in Cinematography at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles.
Her credits include Obce niebo (Strange Heaven) by Dariusz Gajewski, Difret by Zeresenay Berhane Mehari (awarded at both Berlinale and Sundance), B for Boy by Chiki Anadu, Park by Sofia Exarchou, and Message from the King by Fabrice Du Welz.
