The Polish Film Institute supported film production and a promotional campaign. Recently, there have been a number of shows for representatives of the Academy members, in which participated, among others film director and lead actor Bartosz Bielenia. In autumn, thanks to the efforts of the Polish Film Institute General Director, Polish production took part in Contenders – an event organized by Deadline magazine, one of the most important and prestigious events which begin the awards season in the United States. Participation in the event is an important part of any Oscar campaign. The film was also shown at the prestigious AFI Fest in Los Angeles. The event was attended by Jan Komasa and cinematographer Piotr Sobociński jr. Another prestigious event at which Jan Komasa’s film was shown was the Palm Springs International Film Festival. Jan Komasa took part in a special panel dedicated to international films that competed this year for an Oscar nomination. Together with the Deadline magazine, a film screening and panel was organized, in which the screenwriter Mateusz Pacewicz and the actor Bartosz Bielenia took part.

The producers of the film “Corpus Christi” are Leszek Bodzak and Aneta Hickinbotham from Aurum Film, the international sales agent is Jan Naszewski from New Europe Film Sales. The Polish film distributor is Kino Świat.
