Seven new sections were introduced into the BFI LFF lineup in 2012: Love, Dare, Debate, Cult, Thrill, Journey, and Laugh. This year’s LOVE section lineup of 28 films includes Zjednoczone Stany Miłości (United States of Love), a film by Tomasz Wasilewski. In 2013, the lineup of the LOVE section featured Wasilewski’s previous film Płynące wieżowce (Floating Skyscrapers).

The lineup of the 60th BFI London Film Festival also includes Niewinne (Agnus Dei / The Innocents), a film by Anne Fontaine, featuring performances by Agata Kulesza, Agata Buzek, and Joanna Kulig.

The London Film Festival is organised by the British Film Institute. In 2013, the Grand Prize of the BFI LFF went to Paweł Pawlikowski’s Ida.
