Prix Europa 2009 for Łoziński

Chemo by Paweł Łoziński won the Prix Europa 2009 for best documentary.

Chemo is a film about cancer patients who meet during chemotherapy sessions. The film was produced by Paweł Łoziński and TVP, and co-financed by the Polish Film Institute.

The awards ceremony was held on October 24 in Berlin. Prix Europa is Europe’s largest competition for television, radio and new media production. 13 awards were handed out this year, and the winners were selected from among 231 nominated productions from 35 countries.
