Robert Glinśki's Piggies tours world festivals

After the success of Piggies (Świnki) by Robert Gliński at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, the film is booked at international festivals in Israel, the United States, Germany and India, as well as in Warsaw.

Filip Garbacz gained Jury Special Mention for Leading Actor at Karlovy Vary, leading to invitations for the film to take part in the Haifa International Film Festival in Israel and the Denver Film Festival in the USA.

A German premiere of Piggies will take place at the goEast Festival of Central and Eastern European Film in Wiesbaden. The film will also be presented in the World Cinema Section at the Mumbai International Film Festival, and in National Competition at the Warsaw Film Festival.

The film was co-financed by the Polish Film Institute, and produced by Widark-Produkcja Filmowa i Telewizyjna.
