Russian film "Everybody Dies But Me" wins Lubuskie Film Summer award

The Lubuskie Film Summer’s Golden Grape Award, worth EUR 4,000, was granted to the Russian film Everybody Dies But Me, which was also honoured at the Cannes Festival.

 

The jury of the 38th edition of the festival, with Łukasz Barczyk as president, awarded the film Moscow, Belgium by Christophe Van Rompaey with the Silver Apple. The films Hooked by Adrian Sitaru and Sometime in August by Sebastian Schipper both received Bronze Grape Awards.

 

The Juliusz Burski Prize of the Organizers went to Snow White and Russian Red (Wojna polsko-ruska) by Xawery Żuławski.

The Jury of the Documentary Films Competition, with Krzysztof Gierat as chairman, awarded Chemo (Chemia) by Paweł Łoziński the Golden Grape in the documentary category.
