Polish Film Competition

The Plus Camerimage festival team has announced the Polish Film Competition lineup. Like every year, this section of the festival is a showcase for new Polish films, judged by an international jury of filmmakers and film critics. The prestigious competitions screenings are for Polish directors and DOPs a chance to become known to foreign audiences, and increases their appeal in the area of international production and theatrical distribution.

 

This year’s Polish Film Competition will screen the following titles:

  • Chrzest (The Christening), cinematography by Paweł Flis, directed by Marcin Wrona;

  • Erratum, cinematography by Przemysław Kamiński, directed by Marek Lechki;

  • Jutro będzie lepiej (Tomorrow Will Be Better), cinematography by Arthur Reinhart, directed by Dorota Kędzierzawska;

  • Made in Poland, cinematography by Jolanta Dylewska, directed by Przemysław Wojcieszek;

  • Różyczka (Little Rose), cinematography by Piotr Wojtowicz, directed by Jan Kidawa-Błoński;

  • Wenecja (Venice), cinematography by Arthur Reinhart, directed by Jan Jakub Kolski.

The 18th Plus Camerimage International Festival of the Art of Cinematography will run from November 27 through December 4.
