Polish Films at Mar del Plata IFF

November 17 will mark the launch of the 27th edition of the Mar del Plata International Film Festival in Argentina. The festival’s lineup features several Polish films co-financed by the Polish Film Institute. The Mar del Plata IFF runs through November 25.

Panorama of Documentary Film

The Documentary Panorama section features four documentary films from Poland:

• Argentyńska lekcja (Argentinian Lesson) by Wojciech Staroń
• Whisky z mlekiem (Milk and Whisky) by Kacper Lisowski
• Gwizdek (The Whistle) by Grzegorz Zariczny
• Księżniczka i mur (The Princess and the Wall) by Małgorzata Kozera

Cinema Classics

The festival’s Revisions section for classic films will include Faraon (Pharaoh) by Jerzy Kawalerowicz.
