Polish Films in Spain

A Polish film festival is currently on in Pamplona and in Barcelona. The event is co-financed by the Polish Film Institute.

Until January 30 in Pamplona

The festival, running in Pamplona until January 30, features a selection of Polish films, including several features co-financed by the Polish Film Institute: Różyczka (Little Rose) by Jan Kidawa-Błoński, Erratum by Marek Lechki, Kołysanka (Lullaby) by Juliusz Machulski, Róża (Rosa) by Wojciech Smarzowski and Sala Samobójców (Suicide Room) by Jan Komasa. The festival is organized by the Polish Institute in Madrid, AP Manana, and the Navarra Film Library.

Until February 9 in Barcelona

Barcelona is also hosting a Polish film festival until February 9, 2013. The selection of films includes several features co-financed by the Polish Film Institute, such as Różyczka (Little Rose) by Jan Kidawa-Błoński, Magiczne drzewo (The Magic Tree) by Andrzej Maleszka, Galerianki (Mall Girls) by Katarzyna Rosłaniec, Róża (Rosa) by Wojciech Smarzowski, Sala Samobójców (Suicide Room) by Jan Komasa, Kołysanka (Lullaby) by Juliusz Machulski, Ki (My Name Is Ki) by Leszek Dawid, Matka Teresa od kotów (Mother Teresa of Cats) by Paweł Sala, Erratum by Marek Lechki, and Skrzydlate świnie (Flying Pigs) by Anna Kazejak-Dawid. The festival is organized by the Polish Institute in Madrid, AP Manana, and the Film Library of Catalonia.
