Polish Guests at Producers Network

The Producers Network meeting within the framework of the 66th Cannes International Film Festival will feature a special presentation of the Polish Film Institute, attended by five film producers from Poland.

Launched in 2004, the Producers Network is an event attended annually by 550 representatives of the film industry from around the world. Participation in the Producers Network is an excellent opportunity for networking with potential co-production and distribution partners, as well as for promoting films in to a diverse audience.

 

This year’s edition of Producers Network will feature a special meeting dedicated to Polish cinema, which will be held on May 22. Participants will have an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Polish system for film financing and the regulations for co-production with Poland. This meeting will be attended by five producers from Poland:

  1. Agnieszka Kurzydło (MD4)
  2. Małgorzata Jurczak (Scorpion Arte)
  3. Marta Laryssa Plucińska (Federico Film)
  4. Mikołaj Pokromski (Pokromski Studio)
  5. Łukasz Dzięcioł (Opus Film)

Other days of the Producers Network meeting will also feature special presentations by the film industries of Russia and Canada, among others.
