Polish Projects in Leipzig

Deep Love and To Sing are two Polish film projects that will take part in the eighth edition of International DOK Leipzig Co-Production Meeting. The meeting runs from October 29 through November 4.

Deep Love

Deep Love, a documentary film by Jan P. Matuszyński, is the story of a scuba-diving instructor named Asia. She found her calling to be working in water with handicapped individuals. Deep Love is also the story of her partner Janusz, an experienced diver who suffered a stroke three years earlier. No longer able to do the one thing he is most passionate about, Janusz feels his life has lost its meaning. Along with his best friend Artur, Janusz plans an expedition to one of the world’s most dangerous diving spots, Blue Hole in Dahab.

Deep Love was produced by Cor Leonis Production.

To Sing

The second film is To Sing by Olga Korotkaya, produced by Arkana Studio. The film received special recognition at the Dragon Forum pitching forum, organized within the framework of the 52nd Krakow Film Festival.
