"U Pana Boga za miedzą" in cinemas

After the love adventures of As Snug as a Bug in a Rug (U Pana Boga za piecem), and after coping with unexpected neighbours in God’s Little Garden (U Pana Boga w ogródku), the quiet community of Królowy Most faces the next dramatic events in Jacek Bromski’s latest film God’s Little Village (U Pana Boga za miedzą).

A lonely, attractive woman appears in town – Marina Chmiel (Agnieszka Kotlarska) – who is to train local policemen in computer technology. At the same tame, after years spent in America, Staś Niemotko (Grzegorz Heromiński), unexpectedly returns, and is immediately embroiled in political infighting over the upcoming mayoral elections.

Will the parson (Krzysztof Dzierma), police commandant (Andrzej Zaborski) and incumbent mayor (Mieczysław Fiodorow), team up to stop a successful, dynamic local businessman from winning the town’s highest office?

The film was co-financed by the Polish Film Institute. The producer is the Oko Film Studio, and the distributor is Best Film.
