Lifetime Achievement Award for Krzysztof Zanussi

Krzysztof Zanussi received a lifetime achievement award at the festival, and held a master class. “I have long wondered if it isn’t a waste to present awards to people my age. Every person has these moments of doubt. At my age, I now know that these awards make sense and bring hope,” said Krzysztof Zanussi as he accepted the lifetime achievement award at the 2014 Transilvania film festival.
