"Ida" Is Poland's Candidate for Academy Award®
The Oscar Committee, established on July 10, 2014 by Minister of Culture and National Heritage Professor Małgorzata Omilanowska, has selected Ida, a film by Paweł Pawlikowski, to be Poland's candidate for the Best Foreign Language Academy Award®.

Second Edition of the School of Film Agents (SOFA)
The second edition of the School of Film Agents (SOFA), a series of workshops for film professionals from Eastern and Central Europe, Germany, Central Asia, the Caucasus, and the Balkans, will run from August 15 through August 24, 2014 in Wrocław.
